教材分析本單元是九年級(jí)的最后一個(gè)教學(xué)新課的單元。這個(gè)單元主要是圍繞著有關(guān)瀕臨滅絕的動(dòng)物這一話題,讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)怎樣保護(hù)我們的環(huán)境,以及就某一問題展開辯論。在學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)的同時(shí),還復(fù)習(xí)一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)(Present Simple)、現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)( Present Progress)、一般過去時(shí)( Past Tense)、現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)(Present Perfect)等時(shí)態(tài)及被動(dòng)語態(tài)(Passive Voice)。本課為第一課時(shí),是培養(yǎng)聽說能力為主的新授課。這節(jié)課要為整個(gè)單元的學(xué)習(xí)起到一個(gè)熱身的作用,不僅要求學(xué)生掌握一定的詞匯量,為下面的學(xué)習(xí)打下很好的基礎(chǔ),而且要求學(xué)生收集有關(guān)瀕臨滅絕的動(dòng)物的信息,為后面的話題提供了充分的語言基礎(chǔ)和語言依據(jù)。因此,我把本課的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)確定于:1、語音、詞匯方面:一些表示動(dòng)物名稱的名詞(nouns)和描寫動(dòng)物特征的形容詞(description words);2、通過聽說等練習(xí),讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用描述動(dòng)物的形容詞來描述所看到及所知道的動(dòng)物的特征,同時(shí)也復(fù)習(xí)一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)表示主語具備的性格、特征的用法。
本節(jié)課的內(nèi)容是新目標(biāo)九年級(jí)的復(fù)習(xí)課,根據(jù)我們現(xiàn)在上課的進(jìn)度和內(nèi)容,分為兩部分,一部分是課本知識(shí)的處理,一部分是中考試卷的處理。備課時(shí),我就思考把平時(shí)的課堂呈現(xiàn)出來,讓大家提建議幫我完善一下初三復(fù)習(xí)課的上法。因?yàn)槲覍?duì)現(xiàn)在的課堂也感到十分的迷茫。這節(jié)課完成了預(yù)定的目標(biāo),我覺得比較滿意的有:第一,調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生參與學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生成為課堂的主人, 他們有感而發(fā),有感而說。第二,學(xué)生小組合作學(xué)習(xí)比較成功,在學(xué)習(xí)過程中,老師并沒有參與,而把主動(dòng)權(quán)會(huì)交給學(xué)生,讓他們自己去討論,自己去講題,充分相信他們,肯定他們。學(xué)生的展示可謂精彩紛呈, 達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果第三,體現(xiàn)新課程的理念。學(xué)生主動(dòng),師生互動(dòng),思維靈動(dòng)。其中,學(xué)生主動(dòng)是根本,不僅要讓學(xué)生唱主角,而且要讓其主動(dòng)地參與課堂學(xué)習(xí)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié);不僅要讓學(xué)生主動(dòng)覓食,更要讓其學(xué)會(huì)自種莊稼。

Part 1 The analysis of the teachingmaterial:
This lesson is about listening and speaking. It plays a very importantpart in the English teaching of this unit. By studying Section A , The studentscan improve their speaking ability, learn more about things that affect people.At the same time, we should get the students to understand better. The studentsshould do some listening, speaking and writing, too. Of course, the studentsshould receive some moral education. Let the students have positive attitude todealing with things around them.

The students have learned some words about feeling and they have know theword make. But they don’t often use English to express themselves andcommunicate with others. Some Ss are not active in the class because they areafraid of making mistakes.
Part 5. The procedures of the teaching
I have designed the following steps to train their ability of listening,speaking, reading and writing, writing , especially listening and speaking. Setup six steps. It is greeting –lead-in -presentation– words – pairwork – listeningpractice–Grammar – practice – homework .
Step Ⅰ Lead- in .
Show the Ss a picture and then show the teaching material .
Purpose: Arouse the students interest of study.Bring in new subject: Rainy days make me sad.
Step II Presentation .
Review some words about feeling , then present the sentence structure .
A:What makes him/her sad?
B:Rainy days makes him sad.
Purpose :Through this part we can consolidate what they studied yesterday,communicate with others about their feelings and prepare for the new lesson.
Step III Listening (1a, 1b: P102)
Ask the students to listen to Amy and Tina talking about the tworestaurants and do the exercises.
Purpose :Train the Ss’ listening ability and prepare for later exercises.
Step IV Speaking (1c: P102)
Ask the students to talk about how music affects them. Let the Ss work in pairs andtalk about how thetwo restaurants would affect them.
Purpose :Train the Ss’ speaking ability and prepare for later exercises.
Step V Do a survey.
After learning 1b , 1c
, let the Ss do a survey about other things that affect them.
Purpose : This step can open the Ss eyesight and thought . It’s a stepfrom textbook to real life .

Purpose:In my opinion, the blackboard design can reflect the teacher’s ability ofmastering the text and leading the students to master the text easily. In thistext, I write the usage of make and rather on the blackboard in order to tellthe students that this is of the importance in this class. I want to use themcorrectly and flexibly.
Part 7. Self evaluation.(自評(píng))
In order to make the students the real masters in class while the teacherhimself acts as director. I designed some activities to arouse the students interest of studying .The students can learn the target language easily.Also ,by these activities , I’ve cultivated the students spirit of cooperating , trained the students skills of listening ,speaking , reading , writing , improved the students ability of collecting information and dealing with the information . 第二環(huán)節(jié):呈現(xiàn)新課。
運(yùn)用多煤體出示兩張具有不同裝飾的餐館圖片,以問答的形式描述餐館,步驟如下:首先,師問生答。句型“which restaurant would you rather go ? I’d rather go to theBlue Restaurant .Loud music makes me tense.”然后,學(xué)生問學(xué)生答,練習(xí)運(yùn)用句型。
第三環(huán)節(jié):創(chuàng)設(shè)情景,鞏固句型。以小組為單位,分組討論他們喜歡及不喜歡的電影及其原因,并以對(duì)話的形式表演出來,進(jìn)一步鞏固所學(xué)的新句型。需要的語言結(jié)構(gòu)有“What film do you like? I like …why? Because itmakes me happy/
第四環(huán)節(jié):聽力練習(xí)。在說的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用聽做練習(xí)加強(qiáng)鞏固新句型,提高聽力認(rèn)知水平。

1.學(xué)習(xí)“最美紅領(lǐng)巾”。圖文結(jié)合,學(xué)習(xí)“美德少年”劉華婷、劉穎等人的先進(jìn)事跡。2.記錄“平凡紅領(lǐng)巾”。展示隊(duì)員們活動(dòng)前精心準(zhǔn)備的“隨手拍”,發(fā)現(xiàn)普通隊(duì)員在日常生活中的閃光點(diǎn)。3.填寫“我為紅領(lǐng)巾添光彩”心愿卡,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行理想教育。4.齊唱《紅領(lǐng)巾之歌》,點(diǎn)燃信念火種。5.輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)此次活動(dòng)進(jìn)行總結(jié),并頒發(fā)特色章。(出示三個(gè)特色章圖標(biāo))六、活動(dòng)延伸紅領(lǐng)巾精神需要代代相傳,珍愛紅領(lǐng)巾的意識(shí)需要時(shí)時(shí)提醒,本次活動(dòng)后,我們會(huì)開展“小小新四軍”、“鮮艷的紅領(lǐng)巾”等后續(xù)活動(dòng),幫助隊(duì)員們將紅領(lǐng)巾精神永遠(yuǎn)銘記在心。七、引導(dǎo)要點(diǎn)四年級(jí)隊(duì)員具備一定的活動(dòng)能力和經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過課本劇的親身體驗(yàn)、心愿卡的真情表達(dá)等多種方式的運(yùn)用,引導(dǎo)隊(duì)員熱愛紅領(lǐng)巾,以紅領(lǐng)巾精神指引自己健康成長(zhǎng)。八、活動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)本次活動(dòng),隊(duì)員們受到了良好的教育。但是四年級(jí)隊(duì)員自我約束能力不夠強(qiáng),缺乏持久性,萌生的意識(shí)和激情往往只停留在活動(dòng)時(shí),不能在活動(dòng)后內(nèi)化為自覺行為,這些問題有待探究。
1、該生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正 ,能夠積極配合老師 ,善于調(diào)動(dòng)課堂氣氛。 能夠積極完成老師布置的任務(wù)。學(xué)習(xí)勁頭足,聽課又專注 ,做事更認(rèn) 真 ,你是同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣。但是,成績(jī)只代表昨天,并不能說明你 明天就一定也很優(yōu)秀。所以,每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該把成績(jī)當(dāng)作自己騰飛的起 點(diǎn)。2、 你不愛說話 ,但勤奮好學(xué),誠(chéng)實(shí)可愛;你做事踏實(shí)、認(rèn)真、為 人忠厚 ,是一個(gè)品行端正、有上進(jìn)心、有良好的道德修養(yǎng)的好學(xué)生。在學(xué)習(xí)上,積極、主動(dòng),能按時(shí)完成老師布置的作業(yè),經(jīng)過努力 ,各 科成績(jī)都有明顯進(jìn)步,你有較強(qiáng)的思維能力和學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)悟力,學(xué)習(xí)也有 計(jì)劃性,但在老師看來,你的潛力還沒有完全發(fā)揮出來,學(xué)習(xí)上還要有持久的恒心和頑強(qiáng)的毅力。
一是XX單位下轄的部分黨支部和黨員干部個(gè)人的自我檢視不夠,特別是抓整改的措施落實(shí)得還不夠全面,還有一些問題沒有得到完全徹底解決。二是調(diào)查研究的不足。部分黨員聯(lián)系實(shí)際、聯(lián)系自身工作作風(fēng)不夠緊密,少數(shù)黨員干部政治敏銳性和鑒別力也有待進(jìn)一步提高。三、下一步工作打算在下一步工作中,我們將突出問題導(dǎo)向,采取積極有效措施徹底解決以上存在的問題,確保主題教育實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期目標(biāo)。一是進(jìn)一步提升抓好主題教育的主動(dòng)性和自覺性。教育引導(dǎo)xx單位全體黨員干部要深入貫徹xxx總書記的要求,持之以恒,發(fā)揚(yáng)“釘釘子”精神,一錘一錘接著敲,直到把釘子釘實(shí)釘牢。二是主動(dòng)運(yùn)用主題教育成果推進(jìn)中心工作。積極引導(dǎo)廣大黨員堅(jiān)定地與上級(jí)黨委保持高度一致,把統(tǒng)一思想、提高認(rèn)識(shí)擺在特別重要的位置,深入學(xué)習(xí)、準(zhǔn)確理解群眾路線理論觀點(diǎn),圍繞省委高質(zhì)量發(fā)展目標(biāo)任務(wù),扎扎實(shí)實(shí)推進(jìn)中心工作。
二是全力推進(jìn)在談項(xiàng)目落地。認(rèn)真落實(shí)“首席服務(wù)官”責(zé)任制,切實(shí)做好上海中道易新材料有機(jī)硅復(fù)配硅油項(xiàng)目、海南中顧垃圾焚燒發(fā)電爐渣綜合利用項(xiàng)目、天勤生物生物實(shí)驗(yàn)基地項(xiàng)目、愷德集團(tuán)文旅康養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目、三一重能風(fēng)力發(fā)電項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)供銷集團(tuán)冷鏈物流項(xiàng)目跟蹤對(duì)接,協(xié)調(diào)解決項(xiàng)目落戶過程中存在的困難和問題,力爭(zhēng)早日實(shí)現(xiàn)成果轉(zhuǎn)化。三是強(qiáng)化招商工作考核督辦。持續(xù)加大全縣招商引資工作統(tǒng)籌調(diào)度及業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo),貫徹落實(shí)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)“6421”時(shí)限及“每月通報(bào)、季度排名、半年分析、年終獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)”相關(guān)要求,通過“比實(shí)績(jī)、曬單子、亮數(shù)據(jù)、拼項(xiàng)目”,進(jìn)一步營(yíng)造“比學(xué)趕超”濃厚氛圍,掀起招商引資和項(xiàng)目建設(shè)新熱潮。四是持續(xù)優(yōu)化園區(qū)企業(yè)服務(wù)。
(五)實(shí)施融合促進(jìn)工程,切實(shí)發(fā)揮黨建引領(lǐng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展作用。堅(jiān)持推動(dòng)黨建與業(yè)務(wù)工作深度融合,堅(jiān)持黨建和業(yè)務(wù)工作一起謀劃、一起部署、一起落實(shí)、一起檢查。一是在服務(wù)大局中全力作為。按照市局《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)黨建引領(lǐng)“警地融合”推動(dòng)基層治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的實(shí)施意見》,組織開展“我為群眾辦實(shí)事”“雙報(bào)到”實(shí)踐活動(dòng)300余次。邀請(qǐng)市人大代表、政協(xié)委員、黨風(fēng)政風(fēng)警風(fēng)監(jiān)督員參加市局“向黨和人民報(bào)告”警營(yíng)開放日活動(dòng),在黨建引領(lǐng)、安保維穩(wěn)、執(zhí)法辦案、保護(hù)群眾中涌現(xiàn)出來的忠誠(chéng)擔(dān)當(dāng)、清正廉潔、無私奉獻(xiàn)的,選樹28名優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員、15名優(yōu)秀黨務(wù)工作者、8個(gè)先進(jìn)基層黨組織,充分發(fā)揮正向激勵(lì)作用,營(yíng)造學(xué)習(xí)典型、爭(zhēng)做典型、弘揚(yáng)典型精神的濃厚氛圍。二是強(qiáng)化暖警惠警措施。
一是及時(shí)傳達(dá)學(xué)習(xí)xxx總書記重要指示精神。堅(jiān)持把學(xué)習(xí)貫徹xxx總書記關(guān)于加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子建設(shè)、培養(yǎng)選拔優(yōu)秀年輕干部等重要指示精神作為重大政治任務(wù),局黨組會(huì)及時(shí)傳達(dá)學(xué)習(xí),并就貫徹落實(shí)指示精神提出具體措施,扎實(shí)抓好我局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子和干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè),以實(shí)際工作業(yè)績(jī)彰顯學(xué)習(xí)貫徹成效。二是加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子分析研判。堅(jiān)持把考察了解班子和干部的功夫下在平時(shí),定期開展領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部分析研判工作,重點(diǎn)了解班子運(yùn)行、整體結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化方向等情況,聽取干部群眾對(duì)班子和干部的評(píng)價(jià),掌握班子成員個(gè)人思想動(dòng)態(tài)和意愿訴求。同時(shí),將研判中發(fā)現(xiàn)的政治堅(jiān)定、敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)、群眾認(rèn)可的優(yōu)秀年輕干部納入選人用人視野,切實(shí)做好干部?jī)?chǔ)備。三是全面收集掌握干部表現(xiàn)。嚴(yán)格落實(shí)干部監(jiān)督工作聯(lián)席會(huì)議制度,定期與紀(jì)檢、公檢法、信訪、審計(jì)等部門溝通信息,注重掌握干部負(fù)面信息,并進(jìn)行分析研判。
