學 會 做 人同學們：昨天是3月5日，大家記得這是一個什么日子嗎？對了，xx年前，也就是1963年的3月5日，毛澤東等老一輩無產(chǎn)階級革命家題詞“向雷鋒同志學習”，隨即全國開展了轟轟烈烈的學雷鋒活動。改革開放以后，學雷鋒樹新風成為我國社會主義精神文明建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容。今年，全省第七屆“三優(yōu)一學”創(chuàng)建文明城市競賽活動即將開始。我們在學校接受教育的目的，絕不僅僅是為了學習各門科學理論知識，首先我們所需要的是學會做人。正如我身后辦公樓前這幅標語所寫的：“推進素質(zhì)教育，建設(shè)特色學?！薄W會做人并非大家所想的那樣簡單，要做一個具備高尚品質(zhì)的人，必須從小開始訓練。學校是我們學習生活的地方，是我們共同的家園。她被綠蔭環(huán)抱，為小鳥作巢；也有現(xiàn)代高樓，更有充滿朝氣的我們使校園充滿生機，這是需要我們共同保護的環(huán)境?？墒谴蠹矣浀眠@樣的情景嗎？

20xx年很快過去啦，對于自己的工作表現(xiàn)，總是欠缺太多。雖然上級領(lǐng)導沒有批評，但是自己也深知自己之前的工作態(tài)度散漫，不積極。工作成績沒有明顯突出現(xiàn)，未能給公司帶來幫助。通過這樣的總結(jié)以及公司不斷涌現(xiàn)有能力的新人，自己深感慚愧。人事部，是一個豐富多彩、知識淵博的部門，只有通過公司給予的機會，自己再不斷的努力學習，在人力資源這項工作上學到更多實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗，為公司出一份力。

組織全體員工分期分批，在不影響工作的情況下進行拓展訓練，并就活動 內(nèi)容舉辦兩次圖文并茂的展覽，提高團隊凝聚力，強化了活動效果和企業(yè)形象的宣傳力度。
