淘寶UGC直播推廣服務(wù)協(xié)議
甲乙雙方經(jīng)友好協(xié)商，就乙方利用淘寶平臺(tái)為甲方進(jìn)行淘寶直播推廣服務(wù)相關(guān)事宜，達(dá)成此協(xié)議。1、 合作期限1.1合作期限 2017年 5 月 26日起至 2017年 7 月 25日止。1.2本合同期限屆滿，如雙方繼續(xù)合作，甲乙雙方另行簽訂相關(guān)協(xié)議。2、 合作內(nèi)容及合作方式2.1合作期內(nèi)，甲方向乙方提供直播服務(wù)所需物料，乙方按照本協(xié)附件一《推廣服務(wù)執(zhí)行單》約定為甲方提供直播推廣服務(wù)（以下亦簡(jiǎn)稱“乙方服務(wù)”）。2.2甲方須在直播開始7個(gè)工作日前與乙方簽署《推廣服務(wù)執(zhí)行單》，注明直播時(shí)間、位置、內(nèi)容、價(jià)格等具體項(xiàng)目，并將該《推廣服務(wù)執(zhí)行單》及需要的物料一同提供給乙方。《推廣服務(wù)執(zhí)行單》請(qǐng)見附件一。2.3乙方必須嚴(yán)格按照甲方與乙方約定的《推廣服務(wù)執(zhí)行單》內(nèi)容、范圍為甲方提供直播服務(wù)，如由于乙方原因造成信息推廣內(nèi)容或范圍與雙方約定不符的或未經(jīng)甲方同意擅自投放的，則由此產(chǎn)生的推廣費(fèi)用須由乙方承擔(dān)。
